Hello, I’m Sooze 💕
And I believe one hour of dancing can completely shift how you feel.
Movement should be joyful. Freeing. Uplifting. Not something we overthink or feel self-conscious about, but something that brings us back to ourselves.
As a certified World Groove Movement Facilitator, I spent six wonderful months sharing the magic of guided movement at Preston Grange Community Centre. Those sessions were the starting point, the spark.
From there, Sooze Disco was born.

Sooze Disco is your Friday night feel-good escape, a silent disco experience designed just for women who want to dance, laugh, let go and feel amazing.
What started at Preston Grange Community Centre grew into joyful outdoor sessions filled with fresh air and freedom. Since then, we’ve lit up a conference with a 15-minute energiser for 150 people, thrown a fabulous private Christmas party, and we’re not slowing down…
Now it’s Seghill’s turn 💕
